Which file types can I upload?

PDF only. If you have images (PNG/JPG/WEBP), convert them into a PDF first.

Are there size or page limits?

Up to ~50 MB and about 1,000 pages (practical limits depend on your device/browser memory).

How do I pick exact pages or ranges?

Use inputs like 10 (first 10 pages), 6-10, or 3,5,9-12. Your selections export as a single clean PDF.

Does the preview upload my file?

No. Preview and selection run in your browser for speed and privacy; the file isn’t uploaded just to preview pages.

What about encrypted or unusual PDFs?

If the PDF is password-protected, enter the correct password. For odd/flattened files, we attempt safe normalization during export.

Do you keep my files?

Files are processed in a temporary session directory only for the operation and are cleaned up automatically when the request finishes.

Will text stay searchable (OCR)?

If your PDF already has a text layer, it remains searchable. Image-only pages won’t gain OCR unless you apply OCR separately.

Do page order, rotation, and metadata persist?

Yes. We preserve your page order; rotations you apply before export are honored. Core metadata is kept where feasible.

Any tips for best results?

Use a precise range/list for exact pages. For large PDFs, preview first and export only what you need to keep downloads light.

• Uploads: PDFs you upload are processed in memory (or a temporary folder) to extract/merge the pages you select. The final output is prepared for your download as a single PDF.
• Preview: Page previews run in your browser for speed and privacy. Preview images aren’t uploaded just for viewing.
• Temporary storage: Output files may be stored in a per-job folder (random ID) to build the final PDF. We attempt to clean up immediately after the file is generated. If cleanup fails, files may persist until the server’s routine cleanup runs.
• Logs: We may log basic technical information (e.g., error messages, server diagnostics) to keep the service reliable. Logs do not contain your PDFs.
• Cookies: We may use a minimal session cookie (e.g., for CSRF, language, or UI preferences). No marketing cookies.

Third-party services

If you see any embedded components (e.g., fonts, icons, analytics you later add, or advertising), their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Data retention

Uploads and generated assets are intended to be short-lived. Temporary folders and output PDFs are removed after generation where possible. Server logs are kept for operational reasons and periodically rotated.

Your choices

• Do not upload sensitive or confidential documents.
• Clear your browser cache if you want to remove previews or downloaded files on your device.
• For extra security, consider encrypting PDFs before sharing or storage.
